Outdated hardware can slow productivity. Zebra’s GO Zebra Trade-In Program helps you upgrade seamlessly by trading in legacy or competitor devices for rebates toward new Zebra technology.

What Is the GO Zebra Trade-In Program?

• Trade in any eligible device—barcode scanners, mobile computers, tablets, printers, even batteries or chargers—from any manufacturer and receive a rebate toward a new Zebra device.

• Rebates can reach up to $600 or more per device, depending on the category.

• In many cases, adding a Zebra OneCare service contract can boost the total rebate.

Who Qualifies?

• Devices from any brand are eligible—so long as they power on (for printers) or meet basic functional criteria (e.g., a screen ≥ 2″ for mobile devices).

• Available to customers in the continental U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec for some offerings).

• Purchases and trade-in claims must be completed within 90 days of the invoice date. The promo runs through December 31, 2025.

How the Process Works

1. Purchase a qualifying Zebra product from us your Partner Connect reseller.

2. Submit a rebate claim within 90 days, using proof of purchase (invoice with serial numbers)

3. Receive a Trade-in Merchandise Authorization (TMA) number once approved.

4. Ship the old device—be sure it’s functional. Zebra manages recycling and issues your rebate check within approximately 8–10 weeks of receipt.

Note: Zebra doesn’t automatically erase data. Be sure to wipe sensitive information before sending in your device. Also, shipping must be coordinated by the customer; pre-paid labels or FedEx pick-ups may not always be provided.
